Ancak kemikleri g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc tutmak ve osteoporoza kar\u015f\u0131 korunmak i\u00e7in sadece kalsiyum yetmez; v\u00fccudumuzun D vitamini, K2 vitamini, C vitamini, kolajen, probiyotikler ve Omega-3 gibi farkl\u0131 destek\u00e7ilere de ihtiyac\u0131 vard\u0131r.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>D vitamini<\/strong>, v\u00fccudun kalsiyumu g\u0131dalardan emebilmesi i\u00e7in gereklidir.
