Hepimiz sevdiklerimizle bir araya gelmenin tela\u015f\u0131nday\u0131z. Ancak bu \u00f6zel g\u00fcnler, sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n g\u00f6lgede kalmaya en yatk\u0131n oldu\u011fu zamanlar olabiliyor.<br>Bir eczac\u0131 ve b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl sa\u011fl\u0131k uzman\u0131 olarak bu bayramda hepimize d\u00fc\u015fen g\u00f6rev \u015fu: dengeyi unutmadan bayram\u0131 fark\u0131ndal\u0131kla ya\u015famak.<br>Bu hafta ben de dikkat etmemiz gerekenleri birka\u00e7 madde ile hat\u0131rlatmak istedim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1- Bayram sofralar\u0131nda en \u00e7ok t\u00fcketilen besinlerin ba\u015f\u0131nda k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 et geliyor. Ancak unutmayal\u0131m ki a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 et t\u00fcketimi, \u00f6zellikle sindirim sistemi hastal\u0131klar\u0131, kolesterol y\u00fcksekli\u011fi, gut ve tansiyon sorunlar\u0131 olan bireyler i\u00e7in risk olu\u015fturur.<br>Haz\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k, \u015fi\u015fkinlik, refl\u00fc, mide yanmas\u0131\u2026 Bunlar bayram\u0131n ikinci g\u00fcn\u00fc gelen eczane sorular\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda gelir.<br>\u27a1\ufe0f \u00d6zellikle refl\u00fc, gastrit ya da mide hassasiyeti olan bireyler, az ya\u011fl\u0131 ve iyi pi\u015fmi\u015f etleri tercih etmeli.<br>\u27a1\ufe0f Etle birlikte bol su i\u00e7ilmeli, lifli besinler (sebze, salata) ve probiyotik yo\u011furt gibi dengeleyiciler sofrada yer almal\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2- Bir di\u011fer yayg\u0131n sorun ise y\u00fcksek tansiyon ve \u015feker dalgalanmalar\u0131. Bayramda tatl\u0131, hamur i\u015fi ve tuzlu t\u00fcketimi genellikle artar, \u00fcstelik su t\u00fcketimi azal\u0131r. Bu da hem hipertansiyon hastalar\u0131 hem de diyabetikler i\u00e7in risk olu\u015fturur. \u0130la\u00e7 saatlerinin aksat\u0131lmas\u0131 ise tabloyu a\u011f\u0131rla\u015ft\u0131rabilir. Tatl\u0131lar, hamur i\u015fleri ve gazl\u0131 i\u00e7ecekler de bayram\u0131n vazge\u00e7ilmezi. Ama unutmayal\u0131m:<br>\u015eekerli g\u0131dalar sadece kan \u015fekerini de\u011fil, ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemini de etkiler.<br>\u00d6zellikle diyabet, ins\u00fclin direnci veya hipoglisemisi olan bireylerin tatl\u0131 ve hamur i\u015fi t\u00fcketimini kontroll\u00fc yapmas\u0131 gerekir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3- Kronik hastal\u0131klar\u0131 olan bireyler ila\u00e7 saatlerini ihmal etmemeli.<br>Bayram ko\u015fturmacas\u0131nda \u201c\u015fimdi al\u0131r\u0131m\u201d diyerek ge\u00e7i\u015ftirilen ila\u00e7lar, \u00f6zellikle tansiyon, diyabet ve tiroid ila\u00e7lar\u0131nda ciddi dengesizlikler yaratabilir. \u0130la\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n saatine, a\u00e7\/tok kullan\u0131m\u0131na dikkat edin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4- Kurban kesimi s\u0131ras\u0131nda ya\u015fanabilecek k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck yaralanmalarda ilk yard\u0131m bilinci \u00f6nemli.<br>Antiseptik temizli\u011fi, pansuman ve gerekirse tetanoz a\u015f\u0131s\u0131 gibi temel bilgiler, bayram\u0131 g\u00fcvenli ge\u00e7irmenin anahtar\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ve Elbette: Ruhunuzu da Besleyin<br>Belki de en az konu\u015fulan ama en \u00e7ok ya\u015fanan konu: duygusal yorgunluk. Bayram\u0131n tela\u015f\u0131, kalabal\u0131klar, beklentiler, duygusal y\u00fckler\u2026 Bunlar da bedenin de\u011filse bile ruhun dengesini zorlar.
