Antalya B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi, gemi kaynakl\u0131 deniz kirlili\u011finin \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7mek amac\u0131yla hayata ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi Elektronik Gemi Denetleme Sistemi (EGDS) ile 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda denizi kirletti\u011fi tespit edilen 83 gemiye 103 milyon 363 bin 641 TL idari para cezas\u0131 uygulad\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Antalya B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi, turizmin ba\u015fkenti Antalya\u2019da Akdeniz\u2019in masmavi denizini temiz tutabilmek amac\u0131yla 5 Temmuz 2023 tarihinde EGDS sistemini hayata ge\u00e7irdi. Antalya B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi, Aksu Be\u015fg\u00f6z Deresi ve bat\u0131da G\u00f6yn\u00fck \u00c7ay\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki sorumluluk sahas\u0131n\u0131 PTZ ve termal kameralarla izliyor. EGDS merkezinden 7\/24 kameralarla izlenen Antalya k\u00f6rfezinde denizi kirletti\u011fi tespit edilen teknelere h\u0131zla m\u00fcdahale ediliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sistem kapsam\u0131nda 22 ayr\u0131 noktaya 40X optik b\u00fcy\u00fcme \u00f6zelli\u011fine sahip PTZ kameralar ve otomatik tan\u0131ma sistemine sahip termal kameralar ile Bal\u0131k\u00e7\u0131 Bar\u0131na\u011f\u0131 \u00fczerinde 90 mil menzilli su \u00fcst\u00fc radar\u0131 kuruldu. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 3 kilometrelik mesafeden net ve yak\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fc alabilen kameralar ile denizleri kirleten gemiler an\u0131nda tespit ediliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EGDS ile 2024 y\u0131l\u0131nda 83 gemi kaynakl\u0131 deniz kirlili\u011fine toplamda 103 milyon 363 bin 641 TL idari para cezas\u0131 uyguland\u0131. EGDS sisteminin devreye girdi\u011fi 5 Temmuz 2023 tarihinden itibaren ise toplamda 134 milyon 234 bin 62 TL cezas\u0131 uyguland\u0131. B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi\u2019nin gemi kaynakl\u0131 deniz kirlili\u011fine y\u00f6nelik cezalardan elde edilen gelir ise yine \u00e7evre projelerinde de\u011ferlendirirken, b\u00f6ylelikle hem deniz kirlili\u011fini \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7erken, hem de \u00e7evre projelerine de kaynak aktar\u0131l\u0131yor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
