Fiziksel olarak aktif olmak hipertansiyonu \u00f6nlemeye, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 v\u00fccut a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 korumaya yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur. Ayr\u0131ca ruh sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve ya\u015fam kalitesini iyile\u015ftirebildi\u011fi gibi sosyal geli\u015fimimiz ve hatta ya\u015fl\u0131l\u0131k \u00fczerine de etkileri vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fiziksel aktivite t\u00fcm hareketleri ifade eder. G\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015fam i\u00e7inde, iskelet kaslar\u0131 kullan\u0131larak yap\u0131lan ve enerji harcamas\u0131n\u0131 gerektiren her hareket fiziksel aktivite olarak tan\u0131mlan\u0131r. Oyun oynamak, ev i\u015fleri, bah\u00e7e i\u015fleri, y\u00fcr\u00fcmek, merdiven inip \u00e7\u0131kmak, yemek yemek, banyo yapmak gibi g\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015fam\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmek i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan etkinliklerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, egzersiz ve spor da fiziksel aktivitedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fcne g\u00f6re mevcut k\u00fcresel tahminler d\u00f6rt yeti\u015fkinden birinin ve ergenlerin %81&#8217;inin yeterince fiziksel aktivite yapmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir. Ayr\u0131ca, \u00fclkeler ekonomik olarak geli\u015ftik\u00e7e, de\u011fi\u015fen ula\u015f\u0131m modelleri, i\u015f ve e\u011flence i\u00e7in artan teknoloji kullan\u0131m\u0131, k\u00fclt\u00fcrel de\u011ferler ve artan hareketsiz davran\u0131\u015flar nedeniyle inaktivite seviyeleri artmakta ve %70&#8217;e kadar \u00e7\u0131kabilmektedir. Artan fiziksel hareketsizlik sa\u011fl\u0131k sistemleri, \u00e7evre, ekonomik kalk\u0131nma, toplum refah\u0131, sosyal geli\u015fim ve ya\u015fam kalitesi \u00fczerinde olumsuz etkilere sahiptir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zca ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen T\u00fcrkiye Beslenme ve Sa\u011fl\u0131k Ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 2017 sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re kad\u0131nlar\u0131n % 53.1\u2019inde; erkeklerin % 31.7\u2019sinde fiziksel aktivite d\u00fczeyi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck bulunmu\u015ftur. 15 ve \u00fczeri ya\u015f bireylerde fiziksel aktivitenin&nbsp;<strong>D\u00dc\u015e\u00dcK<\/strong>&nbsp;olma durumu&nbsp;<strong>% 42.4&nbsp;<\/strong>olarak bulunmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DS\u00d6 K\u00fcresel Eylem Plan\u0131 2018\u20132030\u2019de fiziksel aktiviteye ili\u015fkin daha sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir d\u00fcnya i\u00e7in daha aktif insanlar, t\u00fcm ortamlarda h\u00fck\u00fcmetler aras\u0131 ve \u00e7ok sekt\u00f6rl\u00fc yakla\u015f\u0131mla fiziksel aktiviteyi desteklemeye, s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmeye ve art\u0131rmaya yard\u0131mc\u0131 olabilecek etkili ve uygulanabilir politika eylemlerinin bir \u00e7er\u00e7evesini sunar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toplumda fiziksel aktivitenin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 h\u00fck\u00fcmetler, t\u00fcm kurum ve kurulu\u015flar ile sivil toplum \u00f6rg\u00fctleri dahil herkesin sorumlulu\u011funda olup her ya\u015f ve cinsiyetten engelli bireyler de dahil toplumun her kesimi i\u00e7in g\u00fcnl\u00fck 30-60 dakika orta yo\u011funlukta bir fiziksel aktivite ciddi hastal\u0131klar\u0131 \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir ara\u00e7 ve uygun maliyetli bir halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 iyile\u015ftirme y\u00f6ntemidir. D\u00fczenli ve daha fazla fiziksel aktivite daha b\u00fcy\u00fck faydalar sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r. Sokak ve caddelerde y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f yapmay\u0131 kolayla\u015ft\u0131racak geni\u015f ve a\u011fa\u00e7l\u0131kl\u0131 kald\u0131r\u0131mlar olmas\u0131, bisiklet yollar\u0131 ve spor kampanyalar\u0131, trafi\u011fe kapal\u0131 caddelerin te\u015fvik edilmesi, insanlar\u0131n keyifli fiziksel aktiviteler yapabilecekleri parklar a\u00e7\u0131k alanlar\u0131n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 beslenme ve ya\u015fam tarz\u0131 ile b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fik m\u00fcdahalelerin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ve sa\u011fl\u0131k sistemine fiziksel aktivitenin dahil edilmesi gibi \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ile toplumda fiziksel aktivite te\u015fvik edilebilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n korunmas\u0131 ve geli\u015ftirilmesi i\u00e7in haftada 150 dakikal\u0131k (haftan\u0131n 5 g\u00fcn\u00fc 30 dakikal\u0131k) orta \u015fiddette bir egzersiz yeti\u015fkinler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan yeterlidir. 1-4 ya\u015f aras\u0131 \u00e7ocuklar, g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde farkl\u0131 \u015fiddetlerde toplam 180 dakikal\u0131k fiziksel aktivite yapmal\u0131d\u0131rlar. 5-18 ya\u015f aras\u0131ndaki \u00e7ocuk ve ergenler i\u00e7in ise, g\u00fcnde 60 dakika, orta \u015fiddetliden y\u00fcksek \u015fiddetli aktivitelere do\u011fru \u015fiddeti de\u011fi\u015fen aktiviteler \u00f6nerilmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Haber Merkezi<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>10 May\u0131s D\u00fcnya Sa\u011fl\u0131k \u0130\u00e7in Hareket Et G\u00fcn\u00fcnde, Manavgat \u0130l\u00e7e Sa\u011fl\u0131k M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc Fiziksel Aktivitenin \u00f6nemi hakk\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulundu.
