Hakimin itiraz\u0131 red etmesi \u00fczerine 28 Kas\u0131m 2023 tarihinde istifas\u0131n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan SGK&#8217;ya emeklilik ba\u015fvurusunu yapan ve 1 Aral\u0131k 2023 tarihinde YSK taraf\u0131ndan Kepez Belediye Ba\u015fkan adayl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kabul edilen Kocag\u00f6z&#8217;\u00fcn tutuklama karar\u0131 verilen dosyan\u0131n bilirki\u015fi raporuna yeni delillerin eklenmesinin ard\u0131ndan ikinci kez itiraz hakk\u0131 kullan\u0131lacak.
