Yap\u0131sal zemin kaplamalar\u0131na ili\u015fkin ara\u00e7 yolu kuzey kald\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 son halini alm\u0131\u015f olup, sahil yaya yollar\u0131 y\u00fczde 70 oran\u0131nda tamamland\u0131. Ara\u00e7 yolu g\u00fcney k\u0131sm\u0131nda kotlama \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 devam ederken, Liman Kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131 d\u00fczenlemesine ili\u015fkin altyap\u0131 ve asfaltlama \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 son a\u015famaya geldi. Yolun kuzey taraf\u0131nda eski beton ta\u015flar\u0131 s\u00f6k\u00fclerek yerine do\u011fal ta\u015f kaplama i\u015flemi yap\u0131l\u0131rken, g\u00fcney taraf\u0131ndaki y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f yollar\u0131 ise karoyla kaplanarak \u00e7evre d\u00fczenlemesi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriliyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

74 bin metrekarelik bir alanda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen proje kapsam\u0131nda 23 bin metrekaresinde ye\u015fil alan bulunuyor. Ayr\u0131ca projenin i\u00e7erisinde ko\u015fu yolu, bisiklet yolu, park alanlar\u0131 ve seyir teraslar\u0131 gibi alanlar da yer al\u0131yor. T\u00fcm proje alan\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde kullan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131na hizmet edecek yol boyu cep otoparklar tasarland\u0131. K\u0131y\u0131 kanununa uygun olarak 150 metre arayla 5 adet b\u00fcfe ve \u015fezlong yeri, 1000 metre ko\u015fu, 1000 metre bisiklet yolu da d\u00fczenleme kapsam\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
