23 Aral\u0131k 2023Antalya\u2019da Muratpa\u015fa Belediyesi, Avrupa Birli\u011fi\u2019nin (AB) Horizon 2020 projelerinden \u2018Food Trails Cascade\u2019 \u00f6\u011frenme program\u0131na kabul edildi. Program sonunda \u2018Muratpa\u015fa G\u0131da Politika Rehberi\u2019 haz\u0131rlanacak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Food Trails Cascade \u00f6\u011frenme program\u0131yla \u015fehirlerin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir, kapsay\u0131c\u0131 ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 g\u0131da \u00fcretim politikalar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irmesi, yeniden tasarlamas\u0131, geli\u015ftirmesi ve uygulamas\u0131 ama\u00e7lan\u0131yor. Proje s\u00fcrecinde elde edilen bilgi, donan\u0131m, uygulama ve yenilik\u00e7i fikirler ise konsorsiyum d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki \u015fehirlere aktar\u0131lacak. Bu kapsamda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen projeyle etkili \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerin \u00f6l\u00e7eklendirilmesi ve Avrupa kentsel g\u0131da sistemlerinde b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli olumlu de\u011fi\u015fime gidilmesi hedefleniyor.
Muratpa\u015fa Belediyesi\u2019nin kabul edildi\u011fi program \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ve S\u0131f\u0131r At\u0131k M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclecek. Program sonunda ise \u2018Muratpa\u015fa G\u0131da Politika Rehberi\u2019 haz\u0131rlanacak. Avrupa \u015eehirler A\u011f\u0131\u2019na kat\u0131lmak i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck f\u0131rsat olan proje kentlerin ortak sorunlara i\u015fbirli\u011fi i\u00e7inde yenilik\u00e7i \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler geli\u015ftirmesine olanak tan\u0131yor. Food Trails Cascade, ayn\u0131 zamanda g\u0131da sistemlerinde uzun vadeli ve olumlu geli\u015fmelere yol a\u00e7abilecek \u00f6\u011frenmeyi de destekliyor.
HER YERDE HER ZAMAN \u00dcRET\u0130M
Muratpa\u015fa Belediyesi\u2019nin g\u0131da \u00fcretimine covid-19 pandemisi d\u00f6neminde m\u0131s\u0131rla ba\u015flad\u0131. Ekim i\u00e7in belediyeye ait bo\u015f parseller trakt\u00f6rlerle i\u015flendi, ta\u015flar\u0131 topland\u0131 ve tohum toprakla bulu\u015ftu. Belediye, ilk \u00fcretim denemesinden 12 bin 700 kilogram m\u0131s\u0131r hasat etti. M\u0131s\u0131r, un haline getirildi ve kilograml\u0131k paketler halinde il\u00e7e sakinlerine da\u011f\u0131t\u0131ld\u0131. Ard\u0131ndan G\u00fczeloba Mahallesi\u2019nin Yamansaz b\u00f6lgesinde 45 d\u00f6n\u00fcmde bu\u011fday tar\u0131m\u0131 ba\u015flad\u0131. Bu ekimden yakla\u015f\u0131k 20 ton \u00fcr\u00fcn elde edildi. Hasat, bulgur haline getirildi.
M\u0131s\u0131r ve bu\u011fday\u0131n ard\u0131ndan Muratpa\u015fa Belediyesi, 5 d\u00f6n\u00fcml\u00fck bir alanda susam tar\u0131m\u0131 yapt\u0131. Bununla birlikte a\u011fr\u0131 kesici \u00f6zelli\u011fi, kalbe, solunum yollar\u0131na, sindirim sistemi ve mideye faydalar\u0131yla son y\u0131llarda kullan\u0131m\u0131 giderek yayg\u0131nla\u015fan zencefil \u00fcretimi de ba\u015flad\u0131. Park Bah\u00e7eler M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn seralar\u0131nda 500 metrelik alanda yap\u0131lan ilk \u00fcretimden 198 kilogram \u00fcr\u00fcn elde edildi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
